A striking edifice designed by an award winning architectural firm.

Congregation Bet Shalom (House of Peace) was originally established in St. Louis Park, a suburb of Minneapolis, in 1981. The small congregation met in peoples’ homes but soon grew to renting space in a church. Continued growth of the Reform congregation led to a move to Hopkins in 1985 and Minnetonka in 2003. As of 2016 it has about 800 member families.

The current building was designed by the award winning Minneapolis architectural firm of Bentz/Thompson/Rietow. It was dedicated in 2003.
